Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amore.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You own what you enter in Amore, such as journal entries, notes, photos and messages (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store and process Your Content only as needed to provide the App to you. You are responsible for Your Content, including any information you record about other people, and for having the right to share it. You can delete Your Content or your account at any time in the App.

Ask Cupid is an AI, not a person. Its replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Cupid offers general dating perspectives only, not professional, medical, legal, mental health or crisis advice, and you are responsible for your own decisions. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.) or call 911.

When you send a question to Ask Char, you confirm that you are 18 or older and you give us permission to edit it and publish it on our website and social channels, with only the sign-off you chose. We do not have to answer or publish any question. Ask Char shares personal perspective, not professional, medical, legal or mental health advice.

Cycle tracking, mood check-ins and other features are for personal reflection only. They are not medical advice and must not be used for birth control, fertility planning or diagnosing or treating any condition. Talk to a health care provider about medical questions.

• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings under your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Free trials are available once per user and convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Deleting your Amore account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it with Apple.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to break any law or violate anyone’s rights;
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the App or disrupt how it works;
• Upload malware or harmful content;
• Try to misuse or manipulate Ask Cupid, for example to produce harmful content.

The App, including its design, features, text, graphics and code, is owned by Simons Apps, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time, including if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We use reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simons Apps, LLC, its affiliates, partners and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
